Mall Mayhem with Mandy

I went to the mall with my friend, Mandy, to go prom dress shopping for her, but we got distracted and we ended up finding sunglasses and hats. Check out our pictures, and I'll get those play pictures up in a bit and you'd better be ready for them, because there will be a LOT of them! Anyway, enjoy these pictures for now. My Face! My Beautiful Face!

On the 30th of December, Stacey and I decided to go sleding...at night. Little did we know that the snow had turned to ice. I went down first and got half way down before I rolled off my sled and stopped myself with my face. Stacey got down around the same part and she stopped herself with her side. She stood up and did an "ouchy dance" which was as funny as it was painful. When we walked to the car I told Stacey "My lip is numb". When we did get to the car I took a look in the mirror and gasped, which made stacey look at me and gasp. My face was a bloody mess. We tried to sneak past mom, with me going up stairs to clean off. But you know mom's, they find out everything. So when she saw me she kinda laughed and asked if we're okay. Well, we aren't. I look like I've gotten hit over the head with a brick and Stacey's got a scrapped up side. Well, they're battle wounds and I am proud of them! Look upon my epic-ness of being beaten up by ice! (PS- They're worse now!)

Christmas! (and the Nativity)

Christmas and the Nativity, okay, here we go! They are a bit out of order in my post, but hey, it's me. Anyway, we did the nativity and I was a Shepard, and Shawna made Tyler my sheep. As you can tell in the picture, I even carried him like a sheep. Than on Christmas we had stockings and fun stuff like that! (Kayla is to credit for most of these pictures, by the way)

Ice Skating

Ice skating on Christmas Eve was so much fun! We tried to teach Courtney how to skate but...she didn't exactly like it. She went home early and we continued to skate. We ended up pulling some pretty awesome moves and had lots of fun along the way. Get ready for pictures, pictures, pictures!

Decorating the Tree

We decorated our tree the eve of Christmas Eve. No need for a lot of words here, but just know it was fun. :D

Truth or Dare?

Truth or dare? If you're me, you choose dare every time. If your anyone else playing truth or dare, you better choose truth. But even then, I can still getcha! That's right, me and some friends played truth or dare. For truth, this included describing what your current color of underware and who you didn't like best in guard. As for dares? Those were more fun! Licking the floor, sucking on someone's toe, rolling in snow, and my personal favorite, putting on black lipstick and kissing someone on the cheek. Too bad for Royce and Sarah. Oh, want to know why we did this anyway? We started making a gingerbread house, but it ended in truth or dare.

And our gingerbread house, the whole goal of our get together...but it kinda got forgotten in the end. :D

Christmas Dance

Ah! The joys of Christmas dance! One-hundred dollars on a date and the joys that come with it! Stiff dance pictures, awkward slow songs, and tacky conversation. No, really, it was fun, but a lot happened on the way.

While trying to get my hair done, I had to find my Guard advisers house first! Stefanie's house was hard to find, after all, it took me and another guard girl a hour and a half to find it! Two hours of hair later and we were done! Than onward home for a quick make up and dress fix before off to Dinner! I went to my friend's Nicholette's house and we ate a quick dinner there before off to the dance!

Afterward, a quick walk around Temple square for the lights and we headed back to Nicholette's house for a movie. Than we headed home. It was a cold, spontaneous, but fun night! I'll post the pics of our group and such later!
